Privacy Policy

Last updated 28 July 2026 · Kalibr Growth Inc.

Short version: we collect what you type into our contact form and nothing more. We don't sell your information, we don't run advertising trackers on this site, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

1. Who we are

Kalibr Growth Inc. ("Kalibr", "we", "us") is a growth marketing agency operating remotely and serving businesses in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. We are the organization responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:

  • Name — required
  • Email address — required
  • Company name — optional
  • Your message — required, including whatever you choose to tell us about your business

Please don't include sensitive personal information in the message field. It's a business enquiry form and isn't designed to receive it.

Information collected automatically with your submission

Alongside a form submission we record a small amount of technical context, used to filter spam and understand which campaigns generate genuine enquiries:

  • Country — derived from your network connection by our hosting provider, not a precise location
  • Referring page — the page or ad that sent you to us
  • Browser user-agent — the browser and device type you used
  • Timestamp — when the submission arrived

If you book a call

Our booking link opens HubSpot, a third-party scheduling tool. If you book, HubSpot collects your name and email in order to create the meeting and a corresponding record in our CRM. That happens on HubSpot's platform under HubSpot's own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other websites. We cannot identify you personally from it.

Fonts and scripts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and an animation library from jsDelivr. Because your browser requests those files directly, those providers receive your IP address as part of an ordinary web request. We don't control and don't receive that data.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this site. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies for security and bot protection.

3. Why we use it

We use the information above only to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
  • Prepare and deliver the free Growth Audit if you request one
  • Provide services if you become a client, and communicate with you about that work
  • Keep ordinary business records
  • Detect and block spam submissions

We do not sell your personal information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We will not add you to a marketing list from a contact-form submission alone.

4. Consent

By submitting the form you consent to us collecting and using your information for the purposes described above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, subject to any legal or contractual records we're required to keep. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide a service to you.

5. Where your information is stored

Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, and notification emails are delivered through Resend. Booking and CRM records are held in HubSpot. These providers act as our service providers and process data on our instructions.

These providers operate globally, so your information may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is in another country it may be accessible to the courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities of that jurisdiction. This is standard for cloud-hosted services, and we've told you so you can make an informed choice about what you send us.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for business and legal record-keeping. If you ask us to delete your information and we're not legally required to retain it, we will.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to stored enquiries is limited to the people who run Kalibr. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we don't claim otherwise, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved.

8. Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct it if it's inaccurate or incomplete
  • Withdraw consent to our use of it, subject to legal and contractual limits
  • Ask us to delete it where we have no continuing need or legal obligation to keep it
  • Complain about how we've handled it

Email [email protected] to exercise any of these. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

9. Children

This site and our services are aimed at business owners. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

11. Contact

Questions, requests, or complaints about privacy: [email protected].
